Christmas 2023 Research Meeting

MSILDG research meetings are historically informal, interesting, informative and inspiring.

The  Molten Salts and Ionic Liquids Discussion Group  (MSILDG) will hold their annual one-day  Christmas Research Meeting  at  Burlington House, London, on  18th December 2023.

The meeting is an opportunity to present work on molten salts, ionic liquids, deep eutectic solvents and generally any systems where ions constitute the majority of the liquid phase. Participation by early career researchers (PhDs and postdocs) is particularly encouraged, as are participants from overseas who can join virtually if more convenient. The meeting also hosts the Inman Lecture, an award given by the group to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the field of molten salts or ionic liquids.

Invited speakers

Prof Geir Martin Haarberg Inman Lecture Award
